1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To offer you the best value, we ship our products directly from our international manufacturing partners (primarily located in China).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days.

  • Insured Shipping: Estimated 7–15 business days (Includes loss/damage protection).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to [List Countries, e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia]. [Your Store Name] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Multiple Packages

Since we work with different suppliers to bring you the best prices, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If you ordered three items, they might arrive on three different days. Don't panic—the rest of your loot is on its way!

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Society is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
